The management committee was established to further the cause of the company Mission Statement. Representatives from each "discipline" of the company (Accounting, Service, Marketing/Sales, Engineering/Project Management, Branch Offices, and the Company Owner), provide input to evaluate and develop company policy and guidelines.

The management committee is an outlet for employees to voice their opinions and concerns. All of AE Systems' employees are encouraged to candidly share their ideas and comments with any one on the management committee. The management committee meets monthly and meeting minutes are published for review by all employees. AE Systems' employees are the key to our success.
